Coronavirus in Tamil Nadu – 4 Suspected Cases Reported

The state has taken several precautionary measures to control or fight against the fast spreading has Covid-19 threat.

According to TOI there are 3 people including a 2 years old boy were admitted in Trichy government hospital on Tuesday late night (3rd March, 2020) and a youth was hospitalized in Coimbatore on Wednesday (4th March, 2020) with symptoms of the virus.

They have been isolated and their swab samples were sent to The King Institute of Preventive Medicine and Research in Guindy, Chennai for test.

Coronavirus in Coimbatore:

It is to be noted that the Coimbatore youth is a research student in Japan, flew via Singapore and landed in Chennai on (26th February, 2020) and went to Coimbator via trian. He had symptoms of a flu including throat pain and fever since arrival and got admitted in ESI hospital on Wednesday (4th March, 2020). Since there was no improvement in his condition, he is kept under strict medical supervision.

Coronavirus in Trichy:

In trichy, 3 people including a two years old boy who returned from Malaysia were admitted in Government hospital on Tuesday after they symptoms the symptoms of Covid-19.

All the other districts in Tamil Nadu are taking all the possible precautionary measure and creating awareness.
